Preoria Park District to Buy Soccer Site

Agency - Department of Natural Resources

The Department of Natural Resources of Illinois has awarded the Peoria Park Distrcit with Open Space and Lands Acquisition and Development Grant Program amounting to $393,700.


The grant will be used to purchase a 49-acre soccer site off the Illinois Route 29 which will provide the district more space for additional programming.
