ISN/CTR invites non-profit organizations, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), non-governmental organizations, international organizations, educational

institutions, and for-profit organizations to submit proposals for projects that will advance the mission of the Department’s Counter-Proliferation Program.

ISN/CTR prefers projects that cost less than $250,000 including overhead, though awards may involve multiple projects that cumulatively exceed $250,00 0.
