EUR/PPD is soliciting proposals for a cooperative agreement of up to $1,777,500 to develop and execute a 24-month project to foster productive and mutually beneficial collaboration between academic communities in the United States and Greenland that will result in educational and economic opportunities for both countries in the areas of land and fisheries management, hospitality, and sustainable tourism.
