The Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) at United States Agency for International Development (USAID) mission in Liberia has developed a DRAFT Theory of Change (TOC) and accompanying Results Chain to provide stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, and make suggestions to enhance areas

USAID/Liberia would like feedback on the entire document with a particular focus on the below sections given that these are new approaches for USAID/Liberia:
● Interventions - Strategic Approach 1 (Promote increased Leadership of marginalized groups in the political process) ● Interventions - Strategic Approach 2 (Support the institutionalization of civic education) ● Interventions - Targets of Opportunity, including possible additional targets we have not included The Draft TOC is anticipated to result in finalizing either a Statement of Work or a Program Description that may lead to a formal solicitation or Notice of Funding Opportunity.
