COUNTY MEASUREMENTS, LEARNING AND ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM II

The overall purpose of this five year activity is to strengthen outcome measurements, learning and accountability systems in order to provide quality data and synthesized information for planning, implementation, policy development and decision making.

This should be achieved through working

with county governments and other development partners.

The activity should work within the county health sector’s coordination framework at the focal counties to ensure that it promotes rational and harmonized support that takes into account other donor support towards the strengthening of outcome measurements, learning and accountability systems.
