Sustainable Economic Observatory

The purpose of this project is for the selected Recipient to establish a Sustainable Economic Observatory (SEO), an independent research center, to strengthen civil society, private sector, and other stakeholdersÂ’ participation and engagement at both the national and local level.

The

Recipient will address GOG rural development priorities and selected Millennium Development Goals through the advancement of policies and programs related to the following topics:
1) food security; 2) agriculture sector development; 3) environment, climate change, and biodiversity conservation; and 4) competitiveness and the business enabling environment.
