Workforce Development Partnership in Serbia

Applicants must mobilize and leverage private sector assets, expertise, capabilities and resources on at least a 1:1 basis.

That is, the value of private sector resources, assets, capabilities and expertise contributed to the implementation of alliance activities must equal the value of resources

provided by the USG.

Resource leveraging may include financial contributions; third party contributions; the value of donated services and property, including intellectual property; or may be anything of value that can be measured in some form that permits evaluation of the contribution’s impact on achieving desired results.

Proposals that do not meet the 1:1 private sector resource requirement will not be considered under this announcement.
