NNS13459560R for Dual Use Technology Development.

A Notice of Intent(NOI) must be submitted and reviewed before submission of a project proposal to this solicitation.

NOI submissions will be received through the closing date of the CAN, which is 30 September 201 3.

This CAN, leading to the potential award of a Cooperative Agreement, is issued pursuant to Subpart A of 14 CFR 1260, and Title 14 CFR Part 1274 for commercial organizations.
