United States Army Garrison (USAG) Hawaii Army Compatible Use Buffer Program (ACUB)

MICC-FSH announces a potential partnering opportunity for the USAG-HI Army Compatible Use Buffer (ACUB) program.

The successful applicant(s) will, after coordinating with USAG-HI encroachment planners and natural resource managers, negotiate the purchase of easements or fee simple property

(perpetual real property interests) from willing landowners.

The entire project plan encompasses approximately 13,730 acres located within four ACUB Priority Areas on the island of Oahu.
