This notice solicits applications for Strengthen the Evidence for Maternal and Child Health Programs, the purpose of which is to improve the health and well-being of women and children in the United States by supporting the implementation of evidence-based/evidence-informed strategies for the Title V

Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Services Block Grant program (hereafter referred to as Title V MCH Block Grant).

By supporting states with expert consultation, technical assistance, and resources, the program strenghtens the states’ ability to improve the health of children and families.
