Retaining Employment and Talent after Injury/Illness Network (RETAIN) Demonstration Projects – Phase 2

This Announcement solicits applications for RETAIN Phase 2 – Implementation cooperative agreements for the RETAIN Demonstration Projects.

The purpose of the RETAIN initiative is to implement and evaluate promising early intervention strategies to support injured or ill workers in remaining

credit:


at or returning to work.

The awardees will accomplish this by providing coordinated health and employment services to these workers starting within 12 weeks of work disability onset, and continuing for up to six (6) months after RETAIN program entry.
