TIGERS@Mekong - Promoting Technology Entrepreneurship in the Lower Mekong

Department of State are pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards to further public-private partnerships on technology entrepreneurship in the Lower Mekong sub-region

(Burma, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam).

Pending availability of funds, EAP and S/GPI anticipate providing up to $198,000 in the current fiscal year through one or more cooperative agreements in this field, with a period of performance of approximately 24 months.

Funding is available for projects that support high-growth entrepreneurs and improve startup ecosystems in the Lower Mekong sub-region.

Proposals should address two or more of the following priority program areas:
1.

Entrepreneurial Education and Skills Development 2.

Accelerate and Sustain Businesses 3.

Ecosystem Development and Partnership Building 4.

Promote Mentoring

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligibility is limited to non-profit/nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) subject to section 501 (c) (3) of the U. S. tax code, social enterprises and startup support organizations or comparable foreign organizations, foreign non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and public international organizations.

In order to apply for an award, all organizations must first: be registered in SAM.gov (formerly Central Contractor Registry); maintain an active registration with current information in SAM.gov; and obtain a Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number, a 9-digit identifier.
