Additional Information of Eligibility: This program provides all 50 states, the District of Columbia, 2 American Indian Tribes, 5 U. S. Territories, and 3 Freely Associated States as identified in the authorizing statute with funding to address their own unique public health needs and challenges with innovative and locally defined methods.
