The CDC-RFA-OT18-1803 recipients are eligible to submit applications for new fiscal year (FY) 2019 Center, Institute, and Office (CIO) Project Plans according to the geographic categories under which they are awarded.

The geographic categories are the following:
1) Category A:
HHS Regions I, II, III, and IV; 2) Category B:
HHS Regions V, VI, and VII; and 3) Category C:
HHS Regions VIII, IX, and X.

Measurable outcomes of the program will be in alignment with one (or more) of the following performance goal(s) for the CSTLTS:
- Increase state, tribal, local, and territorial public health agencies' capacity to more efficiently and effectively manage and deliver high-quality programs and services to protect the public's health - Increase the infusion of public health knowledge across governmental and non-governmental components of the public health system
