Agency for International Development (USAID), Rwanda, is seeking comments and/or questions on the attached Private-Sector Driven Agricultural Growth Statement of Work.

This is a 5-year activity that intends to increase smallholder

incomes by promoting private sector investments – internationally and domestically - that contribute to the GoR’s Vision 2020 aim of “transforming agriculture into a market-oriented, competitive, and high-value sector.” The deadline for receipt of comments and/or questions is February 15, 2013 at 12:00 noon, Kigali time, and shall be submitted to Martin Fischer, Contracting/Agreement Officer at mfischer@usaid.gov and Geraldine Kyazze, Sr.
