Design and Implementation of the English Access Microscholarship Program, 2018-2020
The goal of the Access Program is to equip bright, talented, economically deserving high school students with a range of global citizenship skills anchored by the two core components of enhanced English language skills and a stronger Turkish-U.

Other global citizenship skills include, but are not limited to, critical and creative thinking, leadership, information technology, and media literacy.
