The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking concept papers from qualified applicants for funding under this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).

The purpose of this NOFO is to announce that the United States Government

credit:


(USG) intends to fund one award through USAID/Kenya and East Africa (KEA) to a local Kenyan organization for the implementation of a project that falls within the Living Independently and Being Included in the Community (LIBC) programming area described in the Funding Opportunity.
