PAKISTAN MULTI-SECTOR ANNUAL PROGRAM STATEMENT

There is no predefined minimum or maximum number of awards USAID will support through this APS.

Awards will be assistance in nature not limited to Cooperative Agreements, Grants, Fixed Amount Awards (FAA), Collaboration Agreements, and Public Private Partnerships.

Awards value will

range from $250,000 to $4,000,00 0.

The program may partner with the public and private sector, local, and international organizations to co-create, co-fund, and utilize innovative interventions to solve Pakistan's development challenges.

The APS is not a Request for Applications or a Request for Proposals.

The APS requests Concept Papers that support activities aligned with USAID/Pakistan’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS).

USAID will review and may select innovative Concept Papers for further engagement, collaboration and co-creation to develop a program description for implementation purposes.
