2021 Nationally Significant Federal Lands and Tribal Projects Program

The FAST Act, Public Law 114-94, Section 1123, established the NSFLTP Program to fund nationally significant projects to construct, reconstruct, or rehabilitate transportation facilities within, adjacent to, or accessing Federal and Tribal lands.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Entities eligible to receive funds under the Federal Lands Access Program (23 State U.S.C.

204), the Federal Lands Transportation Program (23 U.S.C.

203), the Tribal Transportation Program (23 U.S.C.

202), and the Federal Lands Planning Program (23 U.S.C.

201) may apply for funding under the NSFLTP Program, except that a State, county, or unit of local government may only apply for funding under the NSFLTP Program if sponsored by an eligible Federal land management agency (FLMA) or federally recognized Indian Tribe.
