The Grant County Public Utility District awards a grant agreement to the State Parks and Recreation Commission just recently. This grant will allow the launching of a recreation site near Vantage called The Cove.
According to their agreement, the site will be open during daytime; recreational activities include picnics and hand-carried watercraft launching.
