Improvement of Strasburg Roads Made Easy with State Grant

The State Controlling Board has approved the release of a state grant in the amount of $550,000 to the village of Strasburg. The grant will be used for upgrading the four streets namely 12th Street, Zeltman Avenue, First Street and Railroad Avenue in Strasburg in conjunction with Schlumberger Technology Corp. As a result of the grant, 250 new and full-time jobs will be created with average hourly wages of $28.85
