Department of State announces an opportunity for organizations to submit applications to enter a cooperative agreement with ENR through its Energy Governance and Capacity Initiative.

The cooperative agreement will focus on building

credit:


capacity in Greenland to oversee Greenland’s growing mineral resource sector and bolster domestic expertise to supply mining sector workforce needs in support of better livelihood and long-term economic development.
