Rural Placement Innovation Challenge (RPIC)

The Deputy Under Secretary for Rural Development is seeking applications from organizations to provide planning and/or implementation technical assistance to rural communities to foster placemaking under the Rural Placemaking Innovation Challenge (RPIC).

by the USDA Rural Development Innovation Center and is announcing up to $1,000,000 in competitive cooperative agreement funds in fiscal year (FY) 202 0.

Planning must directly benefit cities or towns with 50,000 residents or less.
