This announcement is designed to accompany the PRM General NGO Guidelines which contain additional information on priorities and NGO funding strategy with which selected organizations must comply.

Proposals should primarily support refugees in Ethiopia and Kenya.

funding for proposed NGO activities that best meet PRM priorities for filling programming gaps in the Horn of Africa region.
