Additional Information of Eligibility:
Competition will be open to committees at any of the three levels, plant or company, area or industry.

FMCS encourages labor-management committees who are confronting specific, definable problems for which they have developed clear, innovative and measurable long-term solutions to apply.

All applications should focus directly on supporting the needs of the committee.

Applicants should avoid seeking funds for activities that are clearly available under other federal programs (e.g., facilitation, mediation of contract disputes, etc.)
